No as a solo 401k provider with checkbook control we don’t hold your investments.
Therefore, we don’t charge any transaction fees. Other non checkbook control solo 401k providers like Pensco Trust
and Equity Trust charge transaction fees.

Firs year self-directed Solo 401k fee
is either $395 or $595 and annual fee commencing on the account anniversary

3: Will I have Check book control with my solo 401k?
ANSWER: Yes our Solo 401k can be setup with checkbook
control at either your local bank or a brokerage form such as TD Ameritrade, Schwab
