looking for detailed resource regarding solo 401k

Good morning,

I am looking for a detailed resource regarding solo 401k.  I am self-employed and intend to include my wife as a covered employee on a plan.  I would like to find information on how to calculate maximum employer contributions, and how to report both my employee and employer contributions on IRS tax forms (i.e. 1040 or Schedule C, or both?).
